Physical products

Lavell offers goods including vintage and pre-owned apparel, jewelry, bags, trading cards and memorabilia. Product descriptions, stated condition, sizes, disclosed flaws and images should be reviewed before purchase. Vintage and pre-owned items may show wear. Applicable prices, shipping, taxes, returns and fulfillment terms are shown on the relevant listing, checkout or store policy. Please review the return policy presented with your purchase.

Vendor Calendar and event information

The Lavell Vendor Calendar helps vendors discover and review vending opportunities. Purchases and membership management may take place through Whop. Calendar access is provided through Teamup. Your access duration, price, renewal arrangement and cancellation terms are those shown in your specific offer and checkout.

Event details can change. Organizers control vendor acceptance, category limits, dates, fees, payment terms, setup requirements and space availability. A calendar listing or recommendation is not a reservation, guaranteed vendor approval, endorsement of an organizer, or promise of sales, attendance or profitability. Confirm current details directly with the organizer before applying, paying or traveling.

Any neighborhood demographic information is an estimate about an area, not a count or profile of event attendees. Any campus enrollment figures are not event attendance forecasts. An advertised booth fee does not necessarily include parking, application or processing charges, equipment, travel or other expenses; review the listing’s stated inclusions and exclusions.

Personalized recommendations

You may provide a product category, preferred market area, and booth budget so Lavell can identify relevant events. Recommendations depend on available event information and your preferences and may require staff verification. We may be unable to recommend an event where fees, suitability, availability or other details are unconfirmed. You remain responsible for deciding whether to apply and for obtaining organizer approval. Text delivery of recommendations requires the applicable SMS permission.

Access and acceptable use

Use your access for your own business research. Do not resell, redistribute or publicly expose paid calendar access or private subscriber links without Lavell’s permission. Do not interfere with the service, submit false information, or misuse another person’s data. Lavell may address misuse or access problems consistently with your purchase terms and applicable law.

Payments, renewal, cancellation and support

Review the price, access period and renewal disclosures at checkout. Do not assume every offer renews automatically. Use the purchasing platform’s available membership controls for renewal or cancellation, or contact Lavell for help. Requests for refunds or order corrections are handled under the terms applicable to the purchase and any rights provided by law. Lavell SMS program

Lavell may offer separate optional SMS programs for: (1) membership/access, order or billing/access reminders and customer support; and (2) personalized event recommendations, offers and promotional updates. Consent choices are separate and are not selected by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies with your enrollment and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of Lavell automated texts or HELP for assistance. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. Contact (678) 263-2021 for support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability depends on your carrier and device. Opting out does not cancel purchased access, and a reply to a support inquiry is not blanket permission for promotional texts.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers helping deliver messages or support the service may process that information for those functions, or as required by law. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Third-party services and changes

Shopify, Whop, Teamup, event organizers and other linked providers maintain their own terms. Lavell may update these terms and indicate the updated date.
