Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, inquiries, order details, vendor product category, preferred market area, and booth budget. We keep membership and access information needed to support Vendor Calendar purchases, including membership identifiers, payment or access status, and applicable dates. We also keep your communication choices, consent records, opt-out requests, and correspondence with us.

Our website and service providers may receive technical information necessary to operate and protect the services, such as device/browser information and request logs. The shop uses your browser’s local storage to remember your shopping cart, including cart identifiers, items, and checkout information. The shop also contacts Shopify to retrieve products and manage your cart. External checkout and linked services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies.

Payment services such as Shopify, Whop, and their payment processors handle payment details for purchases made through those services. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing. We use the order and membership information made available to us to provide and support your purchase; we do not ask you to send full card details by text.

How we use information

We use information to fulfill orders, provide purchased calendar access, maintain membership records, respond to questions, resolve access issues, and improve our services. If you give us vendor preferences, we may match your product category, preferred area, and booth budget with event listings to prepare recommendations. Recommendations are informational; organizer acceptance, availability, event fees and commercial outcomes are separate matters.

We use communication preferences and consent records to determine which messages you have agreed to receive. Giving us a phone number, purchasing calendar access, or replying to a support message does not automatically enroll you in promotional texts.

Services involved

We use service providers to operate our business. Depending on the service you use, these may include Shopify for online commerce, Whop for Vendor Calendar purchases and membership records, Teamup for calendar access, TurinPro/HighLevel for CRM communications and support, Make for automated data transfers and task creation, and the providers that host our website. These services receive information needed for their respective functions and have their own terms and privacy policies.

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts and images and video from external asset hosting providers. Your browser sends requests to these providers to display that content, which may include technical information such as your IP address and browser information.

If a page fails to load and our hosting provider’s error-reporting service is available, the website may report the error and page path to help diagnose the problem.

We may disclose information where needed to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or security, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Mobile information and text consent

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or opt-out information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that help deliver our texts or provide customer support may process this information for those functions. Disclosure may also be required by law. SMS consent is not transferred to another business for its marketing.

Your choices

SMS enrollment is optional. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also contact Lavell at (678) 263-2021 about your communication choices or request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you. Some records may need to be retained for transactions, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security. Opting out of texts does not cancel a paid membership, and canceling a membership does not automatically replace a text opt-out request.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here and applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle; no website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and external websites

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Event applications, organizers, marketplaces and other external services have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information or making a payment.

Changes and contact
